Event Booking Details
Minimum Amount price for package’s range/start from £1,000 and up dependent on location. A consultation fee is required for an appointment to discuss the package with us which comes off the total package price.
Consultation fee £50.00 for a 1 hour appointment, in person, via FaceTime or phone call.
All packages have a deposit requirement of 20% plus a damage waiver fee which will be refunded after the pickup of the items that have been hired. If everything is all in the condition, we left it in, then the deposit will be refunded. If there is any damage to any of the items that have been hired out it will be deducted accordingly subject to the original cost of the item.
You will also need to submit a signed Events Waiver Form indicating that you have understood the above terms. This form can be downloaded here for you to print off and then sent / given to us before the event.
Dry hire is collection only and drop back off to our workshop unless it is part of a package deal.
Or delivery can be offered with a minimal hire number of items costing at least £1000.00 subject to location.
